The Beluga Formation arrived Duluth on Friday afternoon, November 16, 2007 at 2:45 pm with 124 wind turbine sections loaded in Spain and manufactured by Acciona Windpower. The cargo includes 14 nacelles, 14 ground controlers, about 45 tower sections (made up of lower, middle and upper parts). This cargo will go by truck to the Tatanka wind farm in McPherson County, South Dakota. |
