CANFORNAV calls regularly at the port
of Duluth and the M/V Peonia has carried cargo to the Clure Public
Marine Terminal on numerous occasions in the past. We are always
pleased to see a CANFORNAV ship in Duluth.

| The M/V Peonia arrived Duluth at 00:45
on Sunday, April 16, 2000. She is the first vessel arriving at Lake
Superior Warehousing Co., Inc., in the year 2000. The M/V Peonia carried
2,709 M/T of steel coils from Usinor, Fos Sur Mer, France, destined
to Minneapolis. Usinor (Francosteel) has also been a long term and
loyal customer to the port of Duluth. A steel coil weighing approximately
40,000 pounds (18.144 M/T) is shown coming over the side. This steel
is a very special product which is not manufactured in the United
States. |

| The M/V Peonia at berth #1, Clure Public
Marine Terminal, Duluth, MN, on April 17, 2000. She is being discharged
by Lake Superior Warehousing Co., Inc., stevedore at the Clure Public
Marine Terminal. The port's gantry cranes each have a capacity of
81 M/T. The ship's agent in Duluth is Guthrie-Hubner, 802 Garfield
Ave., Duluth, MN 55802, telephone 218-727-5011, telefax 218-727-4046.
